Momentum Gallery has adjusted our hours in response to conditions in Asheville. We are currently operating on an abbreviated schedule and hours are subject to change weekly. For the week of Monday, November 4–Sunday, November 10 the gallery will have the following hours of operation: Monday–Thursday OPEN BY APPOINTMENT. We are likely in the gallery or nearby and facilitate entry within 20 minutes or less or schedule something further out. Please call 828-505-8550. Friday–Sunday OPEN 12-5 pm and by appointment.

Although our community is struggling, we are thankful to report the gallery and our artwork is safe. Please explore our collection here and consider supporting us and our artists through online purchases – we anticipate being able to ship out artwork within two weeks. Email us if you require earlier receipt and we will do our best to accommodate all requests. We look forward to welcoming you again soon.

Momentum Gallery offers a contemporary and modern program with an emphasis on emerging and mid-career artists. The spacious, two-level gallery occupies 15,000 square feet of fully accessible space. Curated exhibitions featuring exceptional paintings, original prints, and innovative sculpture are refreshed regularly in the primary spaces and smaller supporting galleries. Our mission is to provide compelling, museum-quality art to our clients.  Please enjoy a virtual tour of the gallery below.

Momentum Gallery is pleased to partner with Hamilton Hill Jewelry, located in Brightleaf Square, downtown Durham, NC.  Asheville-based Momentum Gallery maintains a satellite gallery within Hamilton Hill providing the Triangle area access to stimulating artwork.  Hamilton Hill, a boutique-style jewelry store focusing on modernist designers, continues with its mission of nearly twenty years while adding visual arts to its offerings.  Artwork is refreshed periodically and small exhibitions showcasing individual or paired artists are featured.
