Jill Hotchkiss
Jill Hotchkiss embeds growth patterns found recurring in nature into elemental substrates by emulating geological processes such as wind, rain, gravity, and erosion. Hotchkiss was born in Hollywood, Florida, and she received her Master of Fine Arts in Sculpture from Pratt Institute and Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Florida. She has participated in artists residencies in Public Art at School of Visual Arts in New York and at Oolite Arts in Miami.
