“Painting for me involves an incredible amount of building and piecing together. An intuitive, spontaneous process beginning with blazingly bright and optimistic color. I incorporate texture in my work to create depth of space and movement. Merging abstract and figurative elements, each comprised of visual cues to places in my memories.
